Objectives
- To test the hypothesis that adjuvant mitotane treatment in patients with ACC prolongs recurrence-free survival (RFS) after complete surgical resection.
- To test the hypothesis that mitotane monitoring may help predicting drug efficacy and toxicity.
- To assess the impact of adjuvant mitotane treatment on the quality of life of patients who are currently disease-free.
- To test the hypothesis that sunitinib prolongs 6 month progressive free survival (PFS) of pre-treated progressive MPH patients.
