The Cochin team plays a central role in the national COMETE network dedicated to adrenal tumours since 15 years. Cochin Hospital also coordinates at the national level the INCa (National Cancer Institute) clinical programme for adrenal cancer. In ENS@T development this team was especially involved in the standardization of biobanks and sample preparation, databases and the genomics program. It has developed an important adrenal biobank since 15 years. The team has a long standing experience for more than 13 years in the development of molecular markers for the diagnosis of adrenal tumours, lastly using genomics to develop diagnostic molecular markers in the framework of the national programme Carte d’Identité des Tumeurs (CIT) in France and with a strong collaboration with its bioinformatics team. The Cochin Institute genomic common facility has an efficient Affymetrix platform in close interaction with the bioinformatics department of the Paris-Descartes University.
